History

Built in June 2026 as the lead design in a three-site pitch to automate an entire digital marketing department for a small business. The concept: a live, departures-board view where every marketing function — content, SEO, social, email, revenue, analytics — shows its status in real time, so the work is never a black box. It became the flagship of the pitch that grew into this whole league.

Purpose

Prove a small business doesn't need to hire a six-person marketing team. deptless.com presents the department as a running machine — roles staffed by software, a shared playbook that improves itself, and a human gate where the owner approves whatever ships.
